The Sauve qui peut le court m\u00e9trage association aims to defend and promote short films. It organizes the Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival and offers year-round activities in support of this format.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

For individuals<\/h4>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]Your donation entitles you to a tax reduction of 66% of the amount paid (article 200 of the French General Tax Code).<\/p>\n

For example, if you make a donation of \u20ac100 before December 31, your tax reduction will be \u20ac66 for the year in question. In the end, donating \u20ac100 only costs \u20ac34.<\/p>\n

If your donation exceeds 20% of your income, the remainder can be carried forward to subsequent years.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

For companies<\/h4>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]Your donation entitles you to a tax reduction of 60% of the amount paid, up to a limit of 0.5% of annual sales excluding tax (article 238 bis of the CGI).<\/p>\n

For example, if you make a donation of \u20ac1,000 in your financial year, your corporate income tax reduction will be \u20ac600 for the same year.<\/p>\n

If the donation exceeds the ceiling of 0.5% of sales, the excess payment may give rise to a tax reduction for the following five financial years.<\/p>\n

If the tax reduction is greater than the corporate income tax for the year, it can be deducted from the next five years.<\/p>\n
